The Christmas Package Marathon is in full swing! What is important to know?

If you haven’t sent your Christmas packages yet, do it now so they arrive before the holidays!

During the holidays, 24-26 December and 1 January, Customer Support will be closed and UNISEND Key Account Managers and our Couriers will rest.

23.12 and 31.12 are shortened working days:

• Customer support works from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
• Key Account Managers work from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Holiday pick-up schedule for business customers:

• 23.12 and 31.12 latest order to the system at 12:00 and parcels must be handed over no later than 15.00
• 23.12 pick-up will arrive in Latvia and Lithuania on 27.12 and deliveries to parcel machines LV 28.12/30.12; LT 30.12/31.12.
• 31.12 pick-up will arrive in Latvia and Lithuania on 02.01 and deliveries to parcel machines LV 03.01; LT 04.01/07.01 (06.01 public holiday in LT)
