UNISEND – new player in Estonian parcel delivery market, started its’ operations in a country with a network of 145 parcel lockers. Customers can send and receive parcels both inside Estonia and across all three Baltic states, ensuring ease of delivery wherever client is.
In total, UNISEND network consists of around 750 parcel lockers in the Baltic states, with around 300 of them being in Latvia and Estonia. A total investment of over EUR 4 million was allocated for this development.
More than 95 percent of parcels from one UNISEND parcel locker to another are delivered within 1 working day in Estonia.
UNISEND is a new name of parcel delivery network by Lithuanian Post, which entered Latvian and Estonian markets this spring. New UNISEND brand also will gradually appear this year on more than 430 parcel lockers in Lithuania which now operates under name LP EXPRESS.

According to the forecasts of the data collection platform Statista, from 2023 to 2027, the e-commerce market in the three Baltic states will grow by 11% each year. In addition, it is observed that the number of parcels traveling through parcel lockers increases every year in the region, while the need for courier services and delivery of parcels to post offices decreases.
