Due to uDrop’s software update, it is currently not possible to use the multi-parcel service in uDrop parcel machines.
The multi-parcel service is intended for Unisend’s larger e-merchants who deliver shipments to the parcel machine themselves instead of ordering a courier. The service allows all packages to be conveniently and quickly placed in one locker instead of scanning and placing shipments one by one in separate lockers at the parcel machine.

- The multi-parcel service can still be used in all Unisend parcel machines.
- You can check which parcel lockers belong to Unisend and which to uDrop in more detail here.
