Please note that we can only accept claims from the sender of the parcel. If you are the recipient of the parcel and you received a damaged parcel or your parcel has been lost, then we would kindly ask you to contact the sender of the parcel to fill out the claim form.
Claim refunds for lost or damaged packages will be issued within 10 business days.
If you would like to receive a refund for an unused label, then please fill out the Refund Form instead. Refunds will be issued within 10 business days.
