HOW DOES THE SERVICE WORK AFTER ACTIVATION?
- Register shipments in Unisend self-service and place labels on the parcel. For this service, it is not possible to print stickers at the parcel locker.
- At the parcel machine, start shipping as usual and follow the instructions on the screen.
- Scan the barcoded parcels at the parcel machine, starting with the largest shipment – the parcel machine will open the largest locker, where you can place in the most parcels!
GOOD TO KNOW:
Do I have to put a separate label on each parcel?
Yes, although all shipments go to the same locker, each parcel must still have a separate label. This is necessary so that it is possible to accurately track each parcel, and for couriers to know which parcel to deliver to whom.
What should I do if the last scanned package no longer fits in the locker?
If the last scanned parcel does not fit into the locker, it is possible to remove it from the list. To do this, press the “Cancel last parcel” button.
What happens when the closet is full but I have more parcels to send?
Close the locker that is full and open a new one for the rest of the packages.
I do not need the multi-parcel service, I want to use the parcel machine in the regular way.
If the multi-parcel service is not needed, then scan the parcel, put it in the locker and close the door.
How do I open a larger locker for shipments?
When using the multi-parcel service, the parcel machine screen will give the opportunity to choose a larger locker. To do this, click on the “Choose a larger locker” button on the screen.
I’m confused about which packages I’ve already scanned and which I haven’t.
In case of any problems and / or confusion, it is possible to cancel the process. To do this, select the “Cancel process” button. After cancelling, take out the packages and start from the beginning – scan and place each package into the locker.
ATTENTION!
If the destination of the parcel is the same parcel machine where the business customer is at, then the multi-parcel function cannot be used for this particular parcel. This parcel must be placed in a separate locker so that the recipient can pick it up immediately.
