Is a parcel sent via Unisend parcel lockers insured?

All parcels are covered by insurance of up to 500 EUR.

What are the options for sending parcels via Unisend parcel lockers abroad?

Parcels can travel via Unisend parcel lockers in Latvia, Estonia and Lithuania, both within each country and between these countries. At the moment, delivery to other countries is not possible.

Is it possible to send parcels without registration in Unisend self-service?

Registration is not necessary in order to create parcels in self-service.

Will I get confirmation on my parcel shipment?

You can find information on sent parcels in your personal account, “Shipping history” section.

For what period can I see data of my parcels in the shipping history?

You can see the data of your 6-month-old parcels in the “Shipping history” section.

For what period can the invoices be downloaded and where can I find them?

You can order an invoice by checking the consent box in the shopping cart during the purchase of the service. Invoice will be sent by e-mail within 7 calendar days. You can also order an invoice on Unisend website. Invoices are issued by the 3rd calendar day of the following month for the previous month.

Where can I find parcel labels created via self-service?

You can find parcel labels in “Shipping history” section, on a parcel card.

How to print labels?

Parcel labels will be formed upon the payment. You can print them at home or at a Unisend parcel locker. If you chose to print the label at a parcel locker, you will be able to do so at a Unisend parcel locker by entering a parcel number.

If you chose to print the label at home, it is possible to choose the most suitable arrangement of labels:

• One label on a sheet. All parcel labels will be placed one by one in a row, without forming a specific arrangement on a sheet. This format is convenient if labels are printed by using a special label printer (in this case you have to choose the following print settings: A4, Landscape, Actual Size or according to the settings required by the available printer) or if you want to print the label on a specific place on a sheet – this format helps you to choose the most suitable option via print settings.
• 4 labels on A4 format sheet. This option is adapted for conventional printers that can print on A4 format sheets and is suitable if you want to print on a special paper for labels.
• You can choose the following arrangement – “labels for stickers or envelopes”.

IMPORTANT: all labels are the size of 10×15 cm, therefore, a maximum of 4 labels can be printed on one A4 sheet.

How to create an address book?

In order to create a new address book, you need to log in to your self-service account and choose “Address book” section on the left. Fill in a sender’s information in the new window and save it.

How to form a parcel in Unisend self-service?

In order to form a parcel, you need to:

  • press “Send parcel”;
  • choose size, receiver and etc. of a parcel;
  • review your order making sure that the information provided is correct. Confirm parcels and pay;
  • print a label of a created parcel (if you did not choose an option to “Print label at the parcel locker” during the order) and stick it on to a parcel in a clearly visible place. If you chose to print a label at a parcel locker, you will be able to do so at a Unisend parcel locker by entering a parcel number.
Will I be able to see parcel registration numbers right away in the system?

Yes, a number is immediately given to the parcel upon its formation. It is visible next to a specific parcel in the “Shipment history” section.

Which web browser should I use for the self-service?

Self-service system is accessible via all popular web browsers such as Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox and others. However, you cannot access the self-service system via Internet Explorer browser.

What to do if the Unisend account is blocked?

An account is blocked after entering the wrong password three times. In order to log in again, you will have to wait for 20 minutes and try to log in again. If you try to log in sooner than 20 minutes, the blocking time will be expended.

Will I be able to send parcels in all Baltic countries with one login to self-service?

You can send parcels both inside a country and between Baltic countries using the same login. However, you can log in only to that self-service where a login was created, i.e. if you would try to log in into Latvia’s self-service with a login created for Estonia’s self-service, the system would automatically refer you to Estonia’s self-service.

How to log in to Unisend self-service?

Enter your e-mail and password on the main page of the self-service system and then press “Log in”.

How much will Unisend self-service cost?

Self-service system is free of charge to all customers. You will have to pay only for shipment.

Who can use Unisend self-service?

All private customers and business customers that concluded contracts with Unisend can use Unisend self-service.

What is a Unisend self-service and why it is worth using it?

Unisend self-service is an electronic shipment creation system where it is possible to register parcels, pay for delivery and receive parcel label. You can send parcels within your account or without registration.

Registered self-service users can create their own sender’s book and track sent parcels. You can find the following in the system:

• shipment prices: you can choose your parcel size and see the shipment price right away (private customers can do that without logging in to the self-service, business customers must log in);
• convenient payment: you can pay for shipment in the system right away;
• formed parcel label: a label will be created to each parcel upon entering the list of receivers;
• data of previous shipments and possibility to track parcels: there is a possibility to see a half-year old shipment data upon logging in to the self-service.

How long does the delivery take inside a country and to other Baltic countries?

When parcels are put into parcel lockers before the latest specified parcel pick up time:
• inside a country – a parcel is delivered the next working day;
• other Baltic country – a parcel is delivered within 2-3 working days.

What to do if a sender cannot send the parcel after paying for it?

If you cannot send your parcel due to technical difficulties, you can return your money by filling a Refund Request Form, which you can find here.
Attention: you can fill in a Refund Request Form for unused parcel label which was purchased in the self-service or at a parcel locker within 14 calendar days from the date of the purchase of the label.

Who can use Unisend parcel lockers?

Both private and business customers can use Unisend parcel lockers. Private customers can send and receive parcels without any contracts and obligations, a prepared parcel and a bank card are enough.

Where can I find a parcel locker map?

You can find a parcel locker map in the self-service.

How long does the receiver have to pick up the parcel from a parcel locker?

Receiver should pick up the parcel from a parcel locker within 72 hours from the moment of its placement into a parcel locker.

What will happen in case a parcel will not be picked up within the set deadline?

A parcel is stored for 72 hours in a parcel locker. After 72 hours a courier will take it and the parcel receiver will receive a SMS message with a link and explanation on how to redirect the parcel to this or other parcel locker for redelivery. You can redirect parcels within 4 days upon the receipt of the SMS message. In case of a failure to do so within the specified time, the parcel will be returned to sender.
